Requirements:
* Evaluate project schedule and specification to ensure KPC standard specification and procedures are applied to proposed design of construction prior to execution, and provide some recommendations as appropriate.
* Monitor and supervise construction and installation works during project execution to ensure the project specification is met during project commissioning within quality, time and cost parameters as described on the project plan.
* Provide summary reports to ensure that project’s budget meet the objectives and highlight any project issues may disrupt the project completion.
* Co-ordinate with a number project groups and ensure the work commitments meet the expectations.
* Liaise with other team members and project groups to describe project and material designs, requirements, specification, etc.
* Liaise with the stakeholder to understand the requirements in order to obtain approval for the proposed design and specification.
* Conduct regular safety inspections to address problem areas, check that people are adhering to agreed KPC safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications & Experience :
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with more than 3 years plus of relevant industry/management experiences, and having budgeting skills are essential for senior position.
* Extensive experience and proven skills in Civil Engineering/Construction and/or earthmoving industries. Having experience in Civil Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.

INFO BEASISWA STUDI ETOS DOMPET DHUAFA 2011
Beastudi Etos adalah beasiswa investasi SDM yang mengelola biaya untuk pendidikan, pembinaan dan pelatihan serta pendampingan mahasiswa. Saat ini tersebar di 9 wilayah dan 11 PTN dengan penerima manfaat sebanyak 874 orang, terdiri dari 397 penerima manfaat aktif dan 477 alumni. Penerima manfaat Beastudi Etos selanjutnya disebut sebagai Etoser.
Pada Juli 2010, Moh. Dhanar Such Rufi Fajri (Etoser ITS) dan Dyah Septyandari (Etoser UGM) meraih medali emas pada ajang Pekan Ilmiah Mahasiswa Nasional (PIMNAS) XXIII yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (DIKTI) Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional.
Fasilitas Etoser:
1. Penggantian biaya masuk PTN
2. SPP semester 1 dan 2
3. Uang saku Rp 400.000,00 – Rp 450.000,00 per bulan selama tiga tahun

1. Area Sales Manager (Kode Jabatan: ASM)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
* Menjalin hubungan dan kerjasama dengan bisnis partner
* Mengembangkan pasar sasaran diwilayahnya
* Bertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target kredit konsumer baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif
* Melakukan pembinaan pada AO yang berada dibawah supervisinya
Persyaratan/Kualifikasi:
* Pendidikan minimal Strata 1 dari PTN/PTS terakreditasi
* Usia maksimal 35 tahun
* Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidang pemasaran kredit konsumer dengan posisi setingkat dilembaga keuangan (bank/non bank) atau sebagai manajer pemasarasn di dealer/developer
* Memiliki jaringan luas dengan rekan bisnis seperti developer, dealer, agen property dan multifinance
* Memiliki kemampuan analisis keuangan

2. Account Officer (Kode Jabatan: AO)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
* Melakukan penjualan produk kredit konsumer
* Melakukan analisis kredit konsumer
* Menjalin hubungan dengan rekan bisnis seperti developer, dealer, agen property, dan multifinance
* Melakukan Account Maintenance
Persyaratan/Kualifikasi:
* Pendidikan minimal Strata 1 dari PTN/PTS terakreditasi
* Bagi Fresh Graduate, usia maksimal 25 tahun
* Bagi yang telah berpengalaman dibidang pemasaran kredit konsumer, maksimal 30 tahun
* Memiliki jaringan luas dengan rekan bisnis seperti developer, dealer, agen property dan multifinance
* Memiliki kemampuan analisis keuangan
