POWER GENERATION OFFSHORE (PGO) SALES MANAGER
The PGO Sales Manager will be responsible to manage Sales and Marketing of Lubricants and related services to the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Production & Drilling sectors within Indonesia in line with business objective, whilst ensuring that BP s code of conduct and HSSE requirements are upheld at all times. This role will be based in Jakarta and reports to PGO Regional Sales Manager AsPac in Singapore.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (SI) in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electric Power Engineering/ Marine Engineering
* Minimum 4 years of Sales and Marketing experience with proven track record
* Good knowledge in Power Generation, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Industry, and the Lubricant market
* Have a strong business sense, planning, budgeting and control skills a Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with sound commercial judgment and leadership
* Ability to understand customer demand, influence customer decision making and energizing sales and the customer service team to promote Power Generation, Onshore & Offshore Production business in Indonesia.
You have to be a good team player, confident with proven sales track record and drive to be successful as well as flourish in a multicultural and multidiscipline working environment. You must also have a strong command of both written and spoken English for the above position
